A $75 Mobile Service & Diagnostic Deposit is due no later than arrival and before inspection or repair work begins. It covers travel to your service location and the initial inspection or diagnosis.
✓ If Rapid Brake Repair completes the approved repair during the scheduled visit, the full $75 is credited toward your final repair invoice.
✓ If no repair is authorized after inspection, the deposit remains payment for the mobile service call and diagnostic inspection.
Payment may be made by cash, check, Cash App, Venmo, card through Square, or another approved payment method. Applicable sales tax may be added.

At Rapid Brake Repair, we stand behind the quality of our work. We provide a 12-month or 12,000-mile Limited Workmanship Warranty (whichever comes first) on brake services performed by Rapid Brake Repair.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects resulting from the workmanship of the brake service performed by Rapid Brake Repair, including but not limited to:
- Improper installation of brake pads or rotors.
- Improperly torqued fasteners related to the brake service.
- Improper lubrication of brake hardware or caliper slide pins.
- Installation-related brake noise or vibration determined to be caused by our workmanship.
- Installation errors directly related to the brake service we performed.
If a covered workmanship issue is verified during the warranty period, Rapid Brake Repair will correct the issue at no charge for labor.
Parts Warranty
Replacement parts are covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage, terms, and duration vary by manufacturer. Rapid Brake Repair will assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims when possible; however, labor associated with replacing a defective part is not covered unless otherwise stated in writing.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of brake pads or rotors.
- Brake squeal or dust resulting from normal brake operation or pad material characteristics.
- Brake fade due to overheating or excessive use.
- Rust or corrosion caused by weather or environmental conditions.
- Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, abuse, neglect, or misuse.
- Off-road use, racing, or competitive driving.
- Excessive towing or hauling beyond the vehicle manufacturer's recommended limits.
- Failure of components not replaced or serviced by Rapid Brake Repair, including but not limited to calipers, brake hoses, wheel bearings, master cylinders, ABS components, or other related systems.
- Damage caused by unrelated mechanical failures.
- Customer-supplied parts or components. Rapid Brake Repair does not warranty parts provided by the customer and cannot guarantee their quality or performance.
- Repairs or modifications performed by another person or repair facility after our service.
- Vehicles that continue to be operated after a brake issue develops.
Warranty Conditions
- The customer must notify Rapid Brake Repair promptly if a warranty concern arises.
- Rapid Brake Repair must be given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before any warranty repair is performed by another repair facility.
- Proof of the original service (invoice or receipt) is required.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and vehicle listed on the invoice.
Rapid Brake Repair's maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or correction of verified workmanship defects covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover incidental, indirect, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

How does the Mobile Service & Diagnostic Deposit work?

Yes. The location must provide a safe, legal, and level area where the vehicle can be serviced.
Can I supply my own parts?
Customer-supplied parts may be accepted, but Rapid Brake Repair LLC does not warranty customer-supplied parts and cannot guarantee their quality or performance.
How long does brake service usually take?
Service time varies by vehicle and condition. A typical pad or pad-and-rotor job often takes around 1 to 2 hours.
